Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you so much for choosing Beni Printing! Due to the print-on-demand nature of our business and the majority of our items being custom, our products are not available to be returned.

Since each item is handmade just for you, we don't offer refunds or exchanges at this time. We hope you understand – it helps us focus on making sure your order is as special as can be!

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Notice:

Once your package is shipped, Beni Printing is NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages after they leave our office. Customer assumes full responsibility for package once it is marked shipped.
